Stations, Kenneth R. Feinberg, an attorney who served as “special master” of the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund, is administrator of Virginia Tech’s Hokie Spirit Memorial Fund. Feinberg was in Blacksburg recently for a Town Hall Meeting, one of several held across the state, to hear comments and concerns from the public related to the April 16th tragedy.
