Stations, we have five cuts today from Virginia Tech Cooperative Extension Nutrition Specialist Elena Serrano, on a new program offered by Virginia Cooperative Extension called "Healthy Weights for Healthy Kids".  The program combines nutrition information, physical activity, and emotional support to promote good health.
